Where will you choose to focus your attention today?

In every moment, we make a powerful choice: where to focus our attention.  It may not always be a conscious choice but it is a choice we make nonetheless.

As you go about your day, make it a point to notice what you are focusing on in any given moment.  Is it on:

  • the positive or the negative?
  • the solution or the problem?
  • what you can do or what you can't?
  • the facts of the situation or on the story you tell yourself?
  • learning and growing or staying in your comfort zone?
  • all that you have to be grateful for or on what you don't have?

What we focus on expands in our awareness and experience.  Choose wisely.
