How much do you "have to" do?

Do you feel stressed?  Overwhelmed?  Like the weight of the world is on your shoulders?

It might seem benign at first but the language that we use repeatedly can have a major impact on how we feel.  So if you keep telling yourself there is so much you just "have to" get done, you might be creating more of a burden for yourself than you know.
