Don't be a doormat

As the saying goes, "you get what you tolerate".  

So if you don't like how others are treating you, it's time to set some boundaries.

In this video, I'm sharing an experience from my past when I found myself in a high tension interpersonal conflict at work (ie my boss was screaming at me) and explaining how I set boundaries to make sure it wouldn't happen again.

This is by no means the only way to handle a situation like this but I hope you find it useful for stimulating your thinking and inspiring you to set boundaries of your own.
