Due to my insatiable appetite for learning, I have consumed a copious amount of books, courses, TED talks and the like over the years.  I’ve put together a short list of some of my favorite resources for you below.

The best place to focus your development efforts is on your strengths.  This is a great tool for helping you identify what your talents are.

Coaching skills have become critical for managers at all levels.  This book explains the science behind why coaching works and breaks the process down into practical steps that you can begin to integrate into your repertoire.

TED - Your body language shapes who you are
One of the most watched TED talks of all time, Amy Cuddy shares valuable insights from her research that can help all women feel more powerful.

Lean In Expert Lecture - Negotiation
The Lean In Expert Lectures are a great resource but this one on negotiation is a must see.
